| UPDATES, UPDATES (Posted 5/15/12) It has been a good while since any current news has been shared, so in an attempt to catch up, here goes...... A couple of new opportunities have presented themselves and have kept me busy during the last few months - I am now backing Phillip Glyn on his busy schedule of dates around southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana. On top of that, I have been collaborating with another group of talented musicians on a project called Jukebox Revolution. Check out the EVENTS page, and make plans to catch me playing live with these acts. I will be recording audio and video footage this week for some more drum videos that I have been wanting to put together for some time now. I will also be working to complete transcriptions for songs and sections that have been frequently requested. Rest assured that updates on all of this will be coming very soon! Next week the focus shifts as I will be rehearsing and preparing for the weekend's round of shows with CETERUM in support of Fathom. This trio of shows are the first in over a year, and it is unclear at this time if/when additional performances will be scheduled. Translation: if you are in Columbus, Clifton, or Cleveland, don't miss out! NEW LIVE DATES ADDED (Posted 2/16/12) There have been a number of new live dates that have been added to the calendar, so visit the EVENTS page to check out when and where I will playing next! There are also still some very exciting things in the works - be sure to keep checking back to stay updated on what's happening with the projects I am involved with. RECAP FROM OP•AQ•UE SESSIONS (Posted 1/11/12) Tracking for OP•AQ•UE's forthcoming debut went EXTREMELY well last week. The final tally was 12 songs recorded in little over 7 hours. Thanks to William Sanchez, Jim Stewart, and Adam Korbesmeyer for a memorable session. I am anxious to hear the final product! In time, I will be producing some playalong videos that will feature actual footage from the drum tracking session, but this won't be until closer to the album's completion. So until then, this photo will have to suffice! JASON SET TO TRACK DRUMS FOR DEBUT OP•AQ•UE ALBUM (Posted 12/19/11) I will be tracking drums for OP•AQ•UE's debut album entitled A Moment to Liberate during the first week of January. The sessions will take place in Cleveland, OH, with producer Jim Stewart at the helm. In the meantime, check out some of the pre-production demos HERE. CETERUM RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM (Posted 12/4/11) It's official - CETERUM have officially released their long-awaited debut. I am extremely proud to have been a part of the making of this album. I consider the release of this record to be the most important achievement in my musical career to this point.
